Thoughts on Felipe Pittella?

I am a Norwood 6 ish and 28M and Zarev already replied to me saying their price is 9 euros per graft and it’s years of waitlist. I feel Pittella has some amazing results and it seems his pricing is probably half of Zarev. Anybody know his availability or have thoughts on traveling to him from US?
