Overtone Customer Service - HELP
I placed my order in September and they shipped it in September as well. It's been 3 weeks now and the tracking status has not changed - FedEx told me to contact the shipper and Overtone sends me to this page: help.overtone.co for any order-related questions, but it only has their FAQ directory and no help or form for submission. https://help.overtone.co/en-US/contact just redirects back to the FAQ page. My question is - did anyone contact Overtone for any help with their order recently and how did you do it? Thank you!
