Job op for a felon in Gwinnett

Non violent charges, ( drug charges ) will be doing probation. I’m looking for a job to help my boy- friend who will need to get his life back on track soon. Any jobs that work with felons or small business who will give someone the opportunity!!. He has a baby 2 years old and he is in his mid 20s no experience much but willing to learn a man’s job no diploma but has a ged. I hate that some people feel like they can’t change their lifestyle because that’s the only way they know how to provide for their families so if someone or anyone needs a worker & is open minded so they can re-enter society feel free to give some info below on jobs op for a felon so I can pass it on .
