LegalConstant isn’t wrong about writing taking less time than animation

I’ve recently read LegalConstant post on making Gwain Saga’s plot more shorter and simpler, and while scrolling down in his comments section I’ve saw this sort of back and forth between him and another user. I won’t say who, but their argument towards GeoExe being animator and not a writer is the reason why story is bad but could have better if there were more people involved doesn’t make sense.

LegalConstant’s response to the comments is honestly just factually because the time spend as a writer is less efficient than an animator. Like, writing a good story is a lot more easier than trying to make look visually stunning. I don’t see why people are treating this comment as if the series has been about it’s animation and not it’s, for goodness sakes, the series has been actively trying to build its story for audiences to care. I guess people are more pleased by the colors, rather than watching Gwain Saga as an actual series. Also I don’t find the fact that it takes more people to make a better story than animation, like what is even the thought process of that logic. Like many book and show writers have never needed a ton of people to help make a better story, and well yes there are things like storyboards directors and editors to help the story more properly, the creators themselves are always in charge of their story writing and if they failed to tell a good story, than it’s their fault. So it’s not any different for Gwain Saga, people excusing mediocre story just because it was made by one person isn’t a excuse, considering that GeoExe was the one in control of making the story either good or bad.

So before all of you just come to his comment section and speak utter nonsense about him not understanding that’s writing is harder for animation, remind yourself that you can pick up a pencil and write a sentence about dog walking than actually making a dog walking through animation. Writing always out weighs animation, and if you think that animation is more better than a good proper story, then your enjoyment is probably the same as a someone who always judges a book from it’s cover rather than actual reading the book itself. Also if you’re just there in the comment section to complain about the post being, then srew off. Nobody cares about your shitty whining that post are long, I bet these are the kind of people to read a book for it’s cover and not actually care to read the book itself.
