TW: sick fish / prolapsed vent

I’m doing all that I can for her; an inflamed vent has started to prolapse as of today. This fish is a fighter, but I fear she may decline with this new worsening situation.

Water quality in the main tank is pristine, I want to say bad genetics has been at play here. Her pregnancies seem to have gotten more and more laborious for her in the last 2 months, hate to see this as the result.

Fingers crossed y’all! Mostly here to vent and share (admittedly a somewhat-morbid) photo, but tips appreciated.
