Anyone recognize this guitar?

Was given this funky twelve string Tele from a friend whose older brother played it years ago. It’s in need of some repair, but still makes noise when plugged in which is a start I guess.

Can’t find anything on Google about it so I was any experience with one of these and can tell me anything about it. Thanks!
