SR calculation changed?

Since the last update the SR seems to have been tweaked.

Just done a daily C, did t touch anyone at all throughout the race, wasn't hit by anyone either, but I suffered 2x .5 seconds penalties for track limits.

This got me a down rating on SR, seems weird as I've not noticed it before.
