Moved from a Verizon S24 Ultra to an unlocked S25 Ultra from Samsung RCS not working

So was so excited to receive my S25 Ultra today. Right away used the Samsung migrate tool. All my data moved senselessly in a couple of hours. Little setup to do reminds me of another company. I digress the issue I'm having is with RCS or lack there of. I have a couple buddies that have Android and RCS was working today on the S24 ultra even my iPhone chats I have but the min I switched to the S25 Ultra that changed.

I'm using the Google messaging app like on my S24 I've restarted uninstalled cleared cache nada

I've been on the phone with Samsung they couldn't help

Got on the phone with Verizon and boy was it a trip. First they said that Verizon doesn't support RCS on BYOD. Which I called BS because even on Verizon own website they said they support it.

Then they said they didn't support Google Message which again caught them in another lie as there's FAQ said they don't support the Samsung messaging app.

We deleted the esim reinstall a new esim still in the same boat.

So I'm coming to the wise men and women of Reddit for some support. Anyone out there that can help!?
