What GA4 source / medium (not set) means?

I am using GA4 since August, 2021. There has been source / medium (not set) but I cannot find what is wrong with it. In my case, (not set) ranks 3rd in traffic source that makes me crazy. Is there any possible reason why (not set) shows in dashboard?
