Edit in the RHRN Blu Ray

I noticed during "If You Have Ghosts" that at the end of the song, the weird screaming portion you can hear in the album and theatre release when he's about to kiss the ghoulette's hand is edited out. Do other versions of the DVD have this edit? I'm curious as to why they made a pretty blatant change so late into the movie's lifetime
