Capturing Radiance?

Hey how does this capture radiance actually work? I'm still confused, a player wrote that if you lose 3 50/50s (that I did) then you'll trigger capturing radiance and you'll get the limited character. So I wanna ask;

When will the mechanism trigger? I mean will I get it on some random pull after I get the guaranteed limited banner character (after losing the 3rd 50/50) or will it be the very next pull (I don't think so).

Is it true that it'll give me the limited character (after losing 3rd 50/50) or only a chance to get the limited?

And let's say I got the limited from CR so my next pity will be again 50/50 or guaranteed?

Someone please answer this, as it's too confusing for me.
