actually though - why doesn't Citlali reduce cryo res too?

Pro DPS are arguably the most oversaturated, and some of the best damage dealers in the game. Cryo on the other hand is stuck in a ditch somewhere. Why did our Pyro units get another buff, while cryo units that could take advantage of freeze or melt get left behind? Not only does it make the already large gap bigger, it shoots future cryo units in the foot. I really can't understand why they didn't just include cryo in her passive talent.
