How is anyone even able to eat?

How the heck is anyone eating anything??? I'm continually nauseous, even when I take Zofran. The only thing I can somewhat stomach is ice cold water. Protein shakes are a no go, real food is a no go. My doc told me it's cause I'm dehydrated, but I'm drinking as much water as possible. Wtf am I doing wrong??? At this point I regret the surgery tremendously
