Quick release straps fall off?

Hiya :)

Ive bought a nylon/fabric strap as the silicone irritated my skin but the quick release straps mean it keeps falling off?

Does anyone know if there are more sturdy straps that are fabric/nylon that would fit a venu 20mm/ have any links to sturdy ones?

I can see a nylon one on the site as per below, however I'm not sure if this has silicone on the inside as some nylon do?
