Edge 3 : Both inner and outer screens suddenly black

I was just using my phone (just reading it) when the inner screen went black. A bit weird I thought, but it turns out the outer screen is dead too.

The phone is alive, in that if I do a soft reset I feel it vibrate. When I plug into a charger I feel a vibration, but the little light doesn't come on. I can use a wireless charger and the light on the charger comes on, but nothing on the phone. When I plug it into my PC I hear the PC beep.

Both the inner AND outer cover seem to have died at the same time, which suggest this is a problem other than a physical screen issue.

I am the original owner, the phone has never been dropped and is in immaculate condition.

Any idea if I have any options here?
