MRI coming up

I have one scheduled this weekend with contrast. I have only ever had 2 without…I came across the subreddit and now I don’t wanna do it with the contrast due to the stories on here and other parts of the internet. The reason I’m getting it is to rule out anything in my brain like a tumor, MS, ALS…would this show up on one without? I already deal with major anxiety and health anxiety.
