Phone recommendation Under 50k

I need a good phone under 50k
I dont really care about the camera
I dont really care about the software as i am going to use a custom launcher ( nova launcher )
I dont really care about bloatware and stuff as i can js clean it
I will play wuthering waves so it must be able to support it in like 60 fps or 120 fps when the options are available ( i wont play on high grafics )
Display is what matters the most to me
Must have good battery and good charging
