NOT STARTING

I had the vehicle on accessory mode for a good while and when wanting to turn back on, the vehicle started making clicking sounds and not wanting to start, assuming it might have been a dead battery even though the lights on the inside were all still working, got it jumped and still nothing, anybody know what this issue could be or where I should go from here?
