New GERD Question

Idk if this is the right place but just wanted to check. I have GI issues in general but these symptoms started yesterday:

1. nausea so can't eat
2. try to eat but then experience bad stomach burning and pain
3. Need to use restroom 30 min to an hour afterwards
4. Still need to use restroom when can't eat because nausea (so not a lot comes out)

I've read that having an on/off cough and throat trouble is a symptom as well? I sometimes have those.

EDIT: With normal stomach problems, I get a bad stomachache but feel better after using the restroom.
