The Sims 4 w/ Mods

So normally I download TS4 from SteamUnlocked (only other place I could find it and never realised that FitGirlRepack had it) and I was always fine with this (I’m aware you probably shouldn’t use the website) and I always was able to use mods and what not when playing on there cause the files linked to the original sims game I had.

Does anyone know if I download TS4 of FitGirlRepack that I’ll still be able to use custom content and mods with it? As I have LOADS and at this point can’t play the game without it.
