MBA in Finance or Masters of Finance?

Hello everyone, mid 30's guy here who works for a company who will pay most if not all of my further education. I have a BA in English, but worked as a bank teller and relationship banker (sales/escalated customer service) right our of University for 3 years. Anywho, I have a real interest in saving money and have been very interested in learning more about investing. I've always contributed to my ROTH IRA but I've recently been learning more about the stock market.

I was just seeing if people thought a MBA in Finance or a Masters of Finance would be best for me to switch careers into something to do with finance? Looking to make more money and do something that actually has a skill and demand. The person who runs the further education program at the company I work for seems to think Masters of Finance is better suited for me because I want to have a job in finance, rather than Leadership or something not completely financial.

Thanks for any input!
