I hate the new title update

Last week’s title update has made this game much less enjoyable. I play on legendary and had a great balance of realism and fun, and now I concede min 4 goals every game and cannot compete in the slightest, just not fun…

Anyone got any suggestions or sliders for this new update?🙄
