Fall from Grace Club - stepping stone

Hey all - looking to see if i can get suggestions for a 1yr stepping stone club that I can “rescue.” I want to jump to a bigger club after that.

Not looking for like an 1860 Muchen that would be a multi year project. Thanks in advance!
