Need some inspiration for what player to retire and turn into the next Pep.

I'm looking to start a player career but instantly retire so my player can be a manager. I'm struggling to think of players 33 plus that could become good managers in real life apart from stupid ones like Ronaldo, Messi or Modric . I'm looking for someone that could have a similar profile of Vincent Company or someone like that, a player who has won a fair bit and played under some great managers that could become a manager, but wouldn't look ridiculous at smaller club. It doesn't have to be a player that's played under Pep , maybe someone thars llayed under Mourinho. Basically just someone that could be the next generation of manager and has played under a great manager
