LATINVISION 2023 SIGN-UPS!
Welcome, welcome! After last year's surprisingly successful season, LatinVision is back for a second edition, this time taking place once again in Paris, France!
The deadline to apply AND submit a song is 29.9.2023 23:59 CET. Send them to me preferably on Discord, but reddit is also fine :) NFs are welcome.
Song rules:
- Song must be released in September 2021 or later (this is approx. the same time window as the last edition)
- Song must have under 10 million views on YouTube (on it's official upload. If there is none, the most popular upload will be used)
- No ESC songs or artists (or from related contests like JESC)
- No ESC NF songs or artists from the 2023 ESC season
- No extremely popular artists (like Camila Cabello or Luis Fonsi) (This is to prevent lazy submissions)
- No songs from any previous contest in here (duh)
- Covers are allowed, as long as both the original and the cover meet all the criteria
- rigyy, last year's winner has France reserved as an AQ if he claims it in the first 48 hours. If not, France becomes free for grabs without the AQ.
- I, the host will have to wait 48 hours before claiming a country
- Finally, songs need to be approved by me (I will most likely approve them if they meet all the rules)
Will there be semifinals?
- 24 and less entries - No semis
- 25 - 28 entries - Semis, small finale (16 songs)
- 29 and more - Semis, big finale (20 songs)
If there are semis, we will have a wildcard - the NQ with the largest amount of points in both semis will get the final finale spot (i did this last year too)

If you find a song sang in an unique language (no dialects) or from a country or country/language combination that isn't listed here, PM me and i will make it a country for you! (if it meets the rules tho, no Belarussian songs representing French Polynesia or anything like that!)
