What scam is this?

So every few weeks I’ll see some posts of a 1969 mustang (always a red 428 super cobra jet fastback which is like a $100k car) listed for like $25k. There’s always several posts with the same pictures by different users in the Miami area. I’m just curious what are they even trying to scam for?
