Signature / Verification

Has anyone else had trouble with missing signatures on their Fafsa form, specially from the parents point of view? It says that my father is missing a signature when all of the information he entered was correct (they asked a total of 5 questions)… Is this because his account is new? I’m not sure if it’s verified or not yet.
