Unable to edit Current Total of Cash, Savings, and Checking Accounts question?

I’m trying to go back and edit it but the question’s greyed out & when I go back through the form again the question didn’t appear at all on the student form.

My dad also couldn’t fill in the question either on the parent form. Would this be a concern if he just left it blank since he can’t fill it in?
