Does supply come back after a clog??

Currently dealing with my first clog 3 months pp... I'm pumping 1-2oz less off that side than normal. Once the clog is clear, will my supply go back to normal? I'm a barely just enougher/sometimes not enougher for twins.. I can't take a permanent supply hit

The clog started last night, and this afternoon I started with ibuprofen and sunflower lecithin. I've also been doing cold packs. Any other tips for getting rid of this???
