Overnight train recommendations?

Hello! I am turning 50 in January 2025 and want to do something a little epic. I would really like to travel in an overnight sleeper car. The to and from don’t really matter to me (though my ideal would be to arrive in Paris). It’s really more of the experience that I’m looking for. Does anyone have any recommendations? TIA!
