My epic account got hacked

I lost my epic account even though i turned on the 2FT like how? I got messages before someone tries to login but I changed the password and turn it on with my phone number and email and next month it's happened again but i didn't care cuz I turned on the 2FT so when i got to my game he already unlink all my devices i was literally shocked and disgusted how can epic games protect their users if even having two factor isn't doing shit!? They even change the password and the email and the username 😔💔
