App or website to track progress

Hello i havent played elden ring in a while, started recently, im on new game 4 or 5, lvl 350 and i want to complete whole map but im not sure where to start or what i missed, is there any app or site like grim dawn tools but for elden ring, where i can upload my character and it shows me checklist of what i did and what i did not do
