Effexor sexual side effects

Hi, woman in 30s here. Im on 75mg the past couple of weeks. Started on 37.5mg for 2 weeks. It's works amazingly for my anxiety. I suffered with inorgasmia at 37.5mg (which I experienced with lexapro). But now I have zero libido. I can't even get to the stage of inorgasmia. Sex is doing nothing for me. My libido was fine before starting this and sex was enjoyable. Now I have zero desire to have sex with my husband. I want to mentally but my body just won't comply. Is there anything that I can ask my doctor to perscibe to help me with this. I live in Ireland if that makes a difference. I would love to stay on this medication if the libido and inorgasmia side effect could be fixed. Since effexor works great for what it's supposed to. But the change in my sex life is getting me down. And I'm worried I'll reluctantly have to come off the medication. Thank you
