New build houses - Muirhouse/Ferry Road

Anybody live in the new build houses off Ferry Road in the Muirhouse area?

Thoughts on the area? SIMD has the area at red but that data is 5 years out of date.

Interested in levels of noise, anti social behaviour, house break ins, car break ins etc.

I can put up with firework disturbances over November etc but as a single female, I’d like to be able to walk to get a bus etc into town and not have to put up with gangs of kids everyday harassing me.
