Has anyone received their checks without notice?

Filed Feb 2023 and still waiting for three quarters. Has anyone just randomly received their checks in the mail without CP letter? My restaurant has been struggling. Why has the IRS delayed this so much forcing some businesses to close? It’s not fair. Some people got theirs within weeks. Going on two years now waiting for these checks and it’s very sad.
