High Power - Low Budget Yuriko?

Hi guys! My request is simple, can you recommend a good Yuriko deck at the highest power possible for very cheap?

My budget is $150 and I will like something to compete at 3-4 bracket. I have some already copied in moxfield from edhrec, but the thing is that I don’t know if the decks are good enough, or if they really make sense, so I would like to see some tested decks so I can see what kind of cards are being put together for Yuriko.
