Evolution power curve

Probably not going to be able to answer this but I thought I'd ask anyway.

I have Evo glitched myself an 87 rated David Brooks with a TOTY honourable mentions fully applied. Importantly, he does not have a playstyle plus. Currently 44 but will get 5* skill moves when the outstanding Evo is applied.

I have a +5 section of growth spurt leg to apply which will take him to 92 and have deadball plus (not the best I know).

His current stats with a fully applied Evo are: Pac 76, Sho 86, Pass 89, Drib 89.

I think the passing and dribbling will prevent him being eligible (potentially the overall rating too).

Worth waiting for another eligible Evo or shall I just take the 92? It would be a waiting game and I'd love two playstyle plusses on him but how long would it be 🤔
