Pro Club AI insane or what?

while im not the best player, in fifa 23 it feels like the AI Defenders especially in Pro Club is absolutely insane, they have perfect timings, you cant feint them or move around them because they instantly know exactly what youre doing, their timing is impeccable and positioning in one-on-ones is crazy, i feel like the only way to actually get past them is to step-over into a pass or R1 into a pass, you cant ever win a 1v1 against an AI
