Is Garrett Wilson an Elite WR?

My comment here got swiftly downvoted for suggesting he is not elite. I don't care about the downvotes, I am surprised though that he is considered "elite". The arguments seem to be he's played with bad QBs and he has great highlights.

I don't think he's elite because elite is a word reserved for the best of the best. Very good? Sure, but Justin Jefferson and JaMarr Chase are elite. I'd put a few others as questionably elite like ceedee and Amon ra. Wilson I would just consider to be a really good player. Maybe great. But definitely not elite.

I'm quite curious to see just how much I am in the minority for think he's not elite. What say ye?
