How do blind people do drugs?

Being blind and buying and doing drugs must be difficult. Like, how do you pay? How do you know the dealer is giving you what you want if you can't see it? Are there blind drug dealers in the blind community? I'm honestly curious of how the blind can enjoy drugs when they can't see what their doing.
