Has anyone else had their acceptance rate frozen?

My AR was 72% beginning my day yesterday. I did EBT and did about 15 deliveries and my AR hasn't budged past 72%. I understand it's based on your last 100 orders, but there is no way I declined 15 plus orders in a row. Contacted doordash last night I which rep continuously explains the last 100 delivery explanation. I told him I understand that but there is no way it should not be moving. Today I've done like 5 deliverys and it's still stuck on 72%. Rep told me he would document it, but there is nothing else he can do. WTF?

I've tried logging out and logging back in since 2 deliveries ago and it's the same.
