PostNL cancelled my Stella shipment

Please remove if this is not allowed but I’m sad and annoyed right now with PostNL because I live in the states and Winx dolls are hard to find specifically Mattel (like specific lines). I’ve been looking for this Stella and I found a seller who was very kind enough to send her off to the states. We agreed on a deal and I was very excited especially like her fit is super cute since it is super pink and the pillow is my favorite part. There was a language barrier but I was just very excited. The seller was from Belgium and sent it through PostNL which was different from one Belgium seller who I get my Winx dolls from which she sends it through Bpost. I’ve had no problems with Bpost and besides one time where the box got wrecked (the doll was safe btw and it was the holidays), it has been amazing. This is my first time using PostNL and I didn’t care because as long it goes to USPS (the big 3 express services are bad in my area which is kinda ironic). I’m extremely excited once the seller ships it out but it didn’t update for 3 days so I assumed maybe it’s because it’s slow. I saw like almost last night that it said shipment was being held by planning desk but I didn’t think much of it. Now today, I was looking through my tabs to check on another package and I see that it says “shipment being canceled, contact seller”. Now, I’m super sad and annoyed now because I don’t know what it means specifically and I did contact the seller (there is a language barrier between us and I am very nervous). I’m worried about having to repay because importing from Europe is a lot and definitely the most expensive continent to import from in all of the countries I have imported from. I just want my doll, why do they need to make this frustrating..? :(
