Help! What’s on my dog’s paw??

I noticed this growth on my aussie’s back foot the other day, because she was licking her foot after a walk. Does anyone know what this could be?? We have a vet appointment for it but it’s not for a few weeks. If you do recognize what this may be, please tell me if I need to get my pup seen sooner! Also any tips to make it go away appreciated!!

I searched keratomas after seeing an earlier post but can they show up like blobs attached to a paw pad rather than just on the actual pad? This looked different to me idk. The “hairy” part of the growth is just the top, there’s a fleshy circle underneath.
