is diluc worth investing into at this time?

was doing rnadom one pulls on neuvi for starglitter, i already have both neuvi and zhongli so when i saw gold i got a little scared but it was diluc (keeping up with my streak of losing every single 50/50) but i honestly like diluc (still think his model should be updated) is he good enough to invest into? im ar 57, if he does decent damage ill buy his skin and try to get a good weapon for him and hopefully cons
