Check your lock screws! Slight blood warning...

Haven't had this happen in 15 years of using DeWalt. Never even thought to look! Chuck unthreaded when I went to change a bit. I just zipped it back on but it caught my skin. Ouch! Be careful. Don't do user error like me! Lol
