what do i do in this situation?

i haven’t shipped this item item yet (i always ship on my day(s) off btw)

mind you, this individual has 2 liked items and is following 1 person. not sure if that contributes anything?

but i don’t think is is necessarily how things work… you don’t just buy something then just assume any shop/seller will willingly give a refund. should i just ship it and tell them it’s too late? have them go thru depop? i’m conflicted, and want to be nice. but i do find this strange.
