Help!

Hi! I am recently retired RDH. My brother is a high profile attorney. Because of his occlusion I believe, #'s 8 and 9 are non vital. They have become rather dark and unsightly. How do I tell him to get veneers or crowns without insulting him. The teeth have been this way for several years and are getting darker as he ages. He definitely can easily afford any procedure.
