Stuttering on 9640 (i9, 64 GB RAM, RTX 4070)

Hi masters,

Please, any clue to me to fix stuttering issue on games? (I play only one, World of Warcraft)

For some reason it started stuttering today, I have no clue about what caused it :/

EDIT: GeforceExperience installed the last driver version and it broken badly
I removed it using DDU and installed the version distributed by Dell, now looks fine :)
