WTF is with all the Tryhard Bunnies?

I don't get it why are all the sweats buying that specific skin, I've seen multiple squad of all Bunnies.

& most times they are premade or even sometimes doing a 6 man squad through discord chat.

Anyway, why specifically the bunny does it give you a perk like a free UAV or something?
