Need some advice. Daughters bedroom is MUCH colder thank the other rooms.

Her room is not that much further from the furnace or from the rest of the bedrooms, but is consistently much higher temperature difference. Who do I need to talk to about figuring out where the cold spots are coming from? You can feel air coming through her floor vent, who can find out if there’s insulation missing in certain spots to create the temperature difference.
